Mr. Ebenezer Adu-Appiah is a highly skilled Enterprise Development and Training Consultant with extensive knowledge Competency-Based Training (CBT).

As the Lead Consultant at TECA, he provides strategic direction and technical leadership in promoting enterprise development and skills transformation across Ghana’s business and TVET ecosystem.

With the experience in economic analysis, enterprise development and entrepreneurship training, Mr. Adu-Appiah has successfully led and supported initiatives that strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), promote job creation, and enhance business competitiveness. His advisory expertise helps organizations, educational institutions, and development partners design and implement evidence-based solutions that drive productivity and sustainable development.
He is deeply committed to the transformation of Ghana’s TVET sector through the promotion of competency-based education and training and providing solutions to challenges in the TVET ecosystem. Working closely with training institutions, government agencies, and private sector partners, he has contributed to the development of entrepreneurship curricula, capacity-building programs, and industry-driven training models that equip young people with relevant skills for employability and enterprise creation.
With a strong academic and professional foundation, Mr. Adu-Appiah holds bachelors in Economics with Management, Entrepreneurship, and Competency-Based Training (CBT) and an affiliate member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (UK) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
His blend of economic insight, entrepreneurial acumen, and project execution skills coupled with long years of professional experience uniquely position him to deliver high-impact advisory and consulting solutions.
